Welcome to Wallpath! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wallpath mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by us. By downloading, accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using our App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App.

3. Using Our App

You may use our App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website or application to falsely imply that it is associated with the App

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.

5. In-App Purchases

Our App may offer the opportunity to purchase virtual, in-app goods. You agree that all purchases within the App are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

You acknowledge that we are not required to provide a refund for any reason, and you will not receive money or other compensation for unused virtual items when you close your account or when you stop using the App.

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of our App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
